Among the Top 5% of Nursing Facilities to Receive a Perfect Survey
In May 2018, the Cabinet for Health & Family Services - Offive of the Inspector General awarded Providence Pointe Healthcare a Deficiency Free Perfect Survey. The Inspector General is responsible for ensuring nursing facilities comply with mandatory and state licensure requirements. Only 5% of nursing facilities in the United States attain a deficiency-free survey.
